Trees since the beginning of time, in the Garden of Eden, have been metaphors to represent a person’s nature.

Throughout time people have been searching for a sense of identity and a feeling of worth. Stress is created when your actions do not reflect your true self. The tree symbolizes the way at this moment you are reflecting your individuality. Remember every individual is unique and special. The tree reflects your uniqueness, it is meant to guide you in developing a personal program. After you read this assessment ask a close friend to read it also, as sometimes we don’t see our many qualities, others see in us. A simple tree drawing can express how we see ourselves and how we experience our lives. After you read this interpretation you can reinforce the qualities that further your goals and think of ways to make changes in areas that are holding you back from being the best you can be.

One of our experts at the Phoenix Centre in Cyprus will analyse your tree and send you an email explaining to you those areas that need special attention and that require ACTION from your side to achieve a more fulfilling LIFE.

This is what you have to do:

A) Sit in a comfortable place/position where none can disturb you.

B) Choose between 1) Pencil 2) Pen 3) Crayons, to draw your tree with.
You can only use 1 of the 3 utensiles. If you choose pencil, the whole drawing should be drawn with the same pencil. Same applies to the pen.
If you choose Crayons, you can use as many colours as you like, no limits.

C) Place an A4 size paper in a landscape (not portrait) position on the table or area you are going to draw your tree.

D) Draw whatever tree comes to your mind. No copying other’s trees. It must be your tree as created/imagined by you.

E) When you are done, please write in a corner of the A4 the time it took you to draw the tree, your name, correct email address and your date of birth.

Please make sure that it is scanned in colour if the original is in colour.
